By accessing or using Paliaevents ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Paliaevents is a free, community-driven platform that allows Palia players to:

• Create and host in-game events (cooking parties, fishing trips, bug catching, mining expeditions, hunting parties, foraging events, etc.)
• Discover and join events hosted by other players
• Communicate with other event participants through event chat
• Manage event attendance and coordinate in-game meetups
• Build a community profile and connect with other players

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

• Share inappropriate content including pornography, extreme violence, or illegal material
• Impersonate other users, Singularity 6 employees, or any other person or entity
• Spam or post repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content
• Scam or defraud other users
• Share personal information of others without their consent (doxxing)
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

4.2 Event-Specific Conduct

When hosting or attending events, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information (times, dates, activities)
• Respect other attendees and maintain a welcoming environment
• Honor your RSVP commitments when reasonably possible
• Not use events to advertise, sell, or promote unrelated services
• Not create fake or misleading events

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post to the Service (event descriptions, chat messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that:

• You own or have the right to post the content
• Your content does not violate any laws or these Terms
• Your content does not infringe on anyone else's rights

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.

6. Events & Interactions

6.1 Event Hosting

Event hosts are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details
• Managing their event's attendees
• Maintaining appropriate conduct during events
• Updating or canceling events when necessary

6.2 Event Participation

Event participants agree to:

• Respect the host's rules and guidelines
• Behave appropriately during events
• Not disrupt events or harass other participants

6.3 In-Game Interactions

Events coordinated through our Service take place within the Palia game. We have no control over in-game interactions and are not responsible for:

• In-game conduct of users
• Game availability or performance
• Any issues arising from in-game activities

In-game behavior is subject to Palia's own Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Paliaevents and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Palia Intellectual Property

"Palia" and related game assets, names, and trademarks are the property of Singularity 6 Corporation. Our use of Palia-related terminology is for community coordination purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

7.3 Third-Party Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• Available at all times or without interruption
• Error-free or secure
• Free from viruses or other harmful components

8.2 No Warranties

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Service
• The quality or safety of any events coordinated through the Service
• The conduct of other users
• Any results from using the Service

8.3 Fan-Made Service

This is a fan-made, volunteer-operated service. We are not a professional service provider and operate this platform as a community project for Palia players.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paliaevents and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from user conduct or interactions
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0, as the Service is free)

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

10.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us through our Help & Feedback system.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service

• Events you hosted may be removed or transferred
